Aglio E Olio:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1 broccoli crown
- Baby spinach, chopped up
- Fresh basil
- Olive Oil
- 6 bulbs of garlic
- Fresh ground pepper
- Sea salt
- 3 cheeses mixed together:
- Asiago
- Parmasean
- Romano
- Boil water with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt. Add pasta until 1 al dente.
- Steam broccoli crowns until crispy and bright green.
- Chop garlic and basil.
- Put olive oil in skillet. Add cooked pasta & garlic.
- Add Broccoli crowns, spinach, basil and fresh ground pepper.
- Sprinkle freshly grated cheese on top.
