Let's Get Cookin'

Here was Andy's latest appearance on WWLP Mass Appeal.  Andy shared with the viewing audience his family recipe for Aglio E Olio.  This is a dish that anyone can prepare.  See the recipe below.




Aglio E Olio:

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1 broccoli crown
  • Baby spinach, chopped up
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive Oil
  • 6 bulbs of garlic
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Sea salt
  • 3 cheeses mixed together:
  • Asiago
  • Parmasean
  • Romano
Directions:
  1. Boil water with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt. Add pasta until 1 al dente.
  2. Steam broccoli crowns until crispy and bright green.
  3. Chop garlic and basil.
  4. Put olive oil in skillet. Add cooked pasta & garlic.
  5. Add Broccoli crowns, spinach, basil and fresh ground pepper.
  6. Sprinkle freshly grated cheese on top.

Andy Pignatare is a Certified Public Accountant from Pignatare & Sagan and he says try to meet the deadline because if you don't...it sets you up for more paperwork that includes penalties and added fees.
Pignatare also reminds you to explore what energy credits you might qualify for and how a qualified tax preparer can help convert some of your money to an IRA or a Roth IRA to pay the least amount of tax possible.
